Amy stood at the door to Matt's hotel room, cell phone in hand.
She kept replaying the voice mail that she had gotten,

Miss Dumas, this is Dr. Benson. I have your results. You are infact, one month pregnant. Congratulations.

Amy put her phone away and knocked on his door softly.

Matt opened the door, smiling down at Amy. "Hey." He said, rubbing the back of his neck. "WHat's up?" He asked, bringing her in the room.

Amy sighed and sat down on his bed,
"We need to talk... about the other night."

Matt nodded slowly and sat next to her. "What about it?" He asked.

Amy took a deep breath and let it out,
"I'm pregnant."

Matt looked at Amy surprised. "No you're not,...." He said.

Amy nodded and tried to hold back the tears that were appearing at the brim of her eyes,
"Yeah Matt... I am."

Matt sighed, hugging Amy. "Don't cry, it's going to be okay..." He whispered.

Amy rested her head on Matt's shoulder and let the tears run out,
"No it won't Matt."

Matt shook his head. "It's going to be okay!" He said, hating to see her cry. "I'll be here for you."

Amy closed her eyes and continued to cry silently into his shoulder,
"You don't have to Matt. You have a long future a head of you and all you need is for me and an accident to hold you back."

Matt pulled back a bit. "Since when did this become an accident? If I remember correctly then we both wanted it. We weren't drunk or anything." He said, looking at Amy confused.

Amy sighed and wiped her eyes,
"Yeah, but I wasn't supposed to get pregnant!"

Matt kissed her forehead. "SO? It doesn't matter. I promise that I'll be here for you."

Amy wrapped her arms around him and smiled to herself, realizing that the situation was very awkward,
"I'm having a baby with my best friend. Wow."
